Dr. Sorina Ratchford

Dr. Sorina Ratchford leads Cambria Family Dentistry with a gentle, detail-oriented, and health-focused approach. She believes dental care should support both wellness and appearance, and she takes time to help patients understand their oral health and treatment options clearly.

Her philosophy is rooted in the connection between oral health and overall well-being. She is committed to helping patients make informed decisions and invest wisely in their smiles through care that is thoughtful, personalized, and centered on long-term results.

Dr. Ratchford also believes that every aspect of dentistry should be approached with both function and aesthetics in mind. Her goal is to provide care that not only improves oral health, but also helps patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Ratchford enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of the natural beauty of the Central Coast through hiking and trips to the beach.

Dr. Sally Gonzaga

Dr. Sally Gonzaga’s path to dentistry has always been guided by a simple belief: that great care begins with genuine compassion.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in the Philippines, graduating with distinction, and spent much of her training on mission trips bringing dental care to communities with little access to it.

Those experiences shaped the dentist she is today,attentive, patient centered, and deeply committed to treating every person with warmth and respect.

Originally from Indonesia, Dr. Gonzaga continued her professional development at Loma Linda University before settling on the Central Coast with her husband, Eduardo, and their children.

Today she’s proud to call Morro Bay home, and just as proud to care for her neighbors at both Cambria Family Dentistry and Morro Bay Family Dentistry.

Her focus is comprehensive care for adults, preventive dentistry, restorative treatment, and thoughtful, long term planning for lasting oral health. Above all, she believes patients deserve to understand their options, so she takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and make sure everyone leaves feeling comfortable and confident in their decisions.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Dr. Gonzaga trying out a new recipe, exploring the local beaches with her family, hunting down the area’s best vegetarian-friendly restaurants, or lending her time to community and mission projects close to her heart.

She looks forward to caring for the smiles of the Central Coast and building lasting relationships with the patients she serves.

Meet The Team

Krystal - Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Krystal was born and raised in the Central Valley. She knew she wanted to work in the dental field since her very first visit to the dentist, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from USC in 2007. She moved to San Luis Obispo in 2012 where she met her husband who is a Cambria native. After living in Kentucky for 9 years they are happy to have settled in Cambria where they plan to stay and raise their two sons.

Krystal has been part of our team since 2025. She loves getting to know each of her patients. Her goal is to make your appointment as comfortable as possible and help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile. In her free time she enjoys hiking, gardening and watching her sons play sports.

Kimberley - Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF)

Kimberley is a Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF) at Morro Bay Family Dentistry with over 25 years of experience in the dental field. As a restorative specialty assistant, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality dentistry while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits.

Kimberley earned her RDAEF certification from the Extended Function Dental Assistants Association (EFDAA) in 2012. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and supporting excellent clinical outcomes through skilled and attentive care.

Outside the office, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, trail running, baking, and—of course—enjoying good food.

Yola - Dental Assistant (DA)

Yola is a caring dental assistant with over six years of experience helping patients feel comfortable and supported during their visits. She enjoys building genuine connections and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside of work, Yola enjoys traveling, visiting her family in Indonesia, and gardening, which reflects her caring and nurturing personality both inside and outside the office.

Kylee - Scheduling and Financial coordinator

Kylee has been a Scheduling and Financial Coordinator for nearly two years. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of dental procedures and hygiene to help patients feel informed, confident, and comfortable with their care. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge with friends and family to help them better understand and maintain their dental health.

Outside of the office, Kylee loves spending quality time with her husband and her son, Noah. They enjoy playing board games together and exploring the outdoors whenever they can. Kylee is passionate about helping others and is always looking for ways to brighten someone’s day.

Roberta - Scheduling Coordinator

Roberta has lived in Cambria since 2002 and has been working in dentistry for over 7 years. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and making sure they have a positive experience at the office.
Roberta is a proud mom and grandmother. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and connecting with people in the community. She enjoys socializing and being part of the small-town atmosphere that makes Cambria such a special place.
